We learn from everyone. We follow no one. We watch for patterns. We work like hell.

The beauty of Iter&Pona's network is it is truly international and multi-disciplinary. Most of our members know each other and have had the chance to work together already. We are all seasoned professionals in our respective business area and country, with sometimes up to 30 years of experience spent across various parts of the world. We are all innovative free-thinkers who have had the opportunity to experience both traditional employment and entrepreneurship, equally in small, medium or big size organisations.

We are NOT an agency, and we do not operate as a single entity charging fixed rates. Our experts operate within a lean, agile and flexible system that mostly provides one-to-one strategic advisory. Yet we can also facilitate introductions to the right implementing service provider, if needed.

One thing all these different profiles have in common is we have had enough of traditional "scientific" pushed marketing. We believe in a modernised way of tackling people's needs, fostering emotional intelligence and championing brand empathy. In short, promoting Experience Design (XD).

Experience Design is the practice of designing products, processes, services, events, omnichannel journeys, and environments with a focus placed on the quality of the user experience and culturally relevant solutions. A meta discipline, Experience Design draws from many other disciplines including cognitive psychology and perceptual psychologylinguisticscognitive sciencearchitecture and environmental designhapticsproduct designstrategic designinformation designinformation architectureethnographymarketing and brand strategystrategic management and strategy consultinginteraction designservice designstorytellingtechnical communication, and design thinking.

Our Process

You can get in touch with us as a network through the job request/contact pages, or you can connect directly with a specific member - as you prefer.

Your request will be assessed with the network director, and we'll eventually come back to you with a suggested way forward.

Past further alignment with yourself, we'll then agree whether individual or group support is recommended.

In the case of the latter, we will select the most relevant subject matter experts and form a project team based on your industry, timing, budget and location specificities.
